Some -Local Anesthetics on Aconitine effect

Abstract

|
In the isolated frog hearts some agents having local anesthetic activity were examined to have antagonistic effect on the characteristic aconitine action. Lidocaine, promethazine and pyrilarnine could markedly protect the hearts from the characteristic aconitine action. Bretylium could not affect the aconitine effect.
